The terms governing the use of services provided by Global Accountants UK Ltd.

1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern the provision of accountancy and advisory services by Global Accountants UK Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to our clients. They should be read together with any engagement letter we issue, which will take precedence in the event of any conflict.

2. Our Services

We provide accountancy, taxation, payroll, business advisory and related professional services as set out in your individual engagement letter. The scope of work for each client is defined in that letter and may be varied by written agreement.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner, to maintain proper accounting records, and to notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the services we provide. We rely on the information you provide and are not responsible for losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on the time and expertise required, and will be set out in your engagement letter or agreed in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable legislation.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law, regulation, or with your consent. We comply fully with our professional and data protection obligations.

6. Professional Standards

We are committed to maintaining the highest professional standards. Our work is carried out in accordance with applicable accounting standards, tax legislation and professional guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited as set out in your engagement letter. We will not be liable for any loss arising from the provision of false, misleading or incomplete information, or from the acts of third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by giving written notice. Upon termination, fees for work carried out up to the date of termination will become payable. We will return your records promptly, subject to settlement of any outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
